"We had an insurance issue that needed to be resolved quickly, before we went away on a trip out of state. It was shortly before their office closed. As has been the case several times in the past, Katherine’s initial suggestion solved our issue with plenty of time to spare. Katherine has never failed to come through in the years we’ve worked with her. We’ve been with this office a few years now, and everyone there is very knowledgable and helpful, but Katherine is a standout, and we feel lucky to have as our insurance adviser. "We have significant insurance needs for our four cars and our homeowners insurance. We were paying very high premiums with our previous insurance company, which is widely considered one of the largest and most reputable firms. My brother-in-law said he was very pleased with the office he had been dealing with for decades, and suggested we look there for a better deal. He said everyone there was very capable and courteous, but that I should ask for Katherine, whom he had been dealing with for so many years. Katherine was able to offer us the same coverage we had previously, at a significantly lower rate. She was so knowledgable and kind, we immediately switched all our policies over and she was able to put them in an affordable bundle. Since then, every time we have dealt with her, she’s had the answers to all our questions. She even offered a way for us to have our premium further reduced by taking a safe driver course. My brother-in-law was right, Katherine was a tremendous resource, and apparently he has highly recommended this office, and Katherine in particular, to a number of his friends and family. Now I do the same, recommending them, and her, to my friends."

"When I bought my first truck, I insured it with my family’s agent, Katherine at State Farm. She gave me an affordable rate. A few years later, I upgraded and bought a new truck. "I have been dealing with this State Farm office for my auto insurance and then homeowners insurance for many years. Around ten years ago, by chance I happened to speak with one of the agents named Katherine. She helped me with an issue I was having switching cars. She was so helpful and nice that from that point on, I asked for her any time I called the office. Katherine has been extremely helpful every time I had an issue for years. She also recently helped me reduce my premiums by suggesting I take a safe-driver course in my computer. She made it easy by sharing a link about the course with me. When I got a new car, but held on to my old one for a while, she wrote me a reasonably priced policy, and when I finally got rid of the second car, all it took was a phone call to her to cancel that policy quickly to save me money. For over ten years, she’s been like my personal insurance agent and I’m grateful to her as I continue to benefit from her knowledge and warm personality. I trust her I strongly recommend this State Farm office. Just call and ask for Katherine, and you’ll be in great hands!"
